Questions buyers ask

Clear answers before the first instruction.

Commercial maintenance works best when expectations are set early. These are the practical questions we agree during onboarding.

Which areas do you cover?+

Central and South East London are our core areas, with selected East and South West London postcodes plus Bromley, Bexley and Dartford. Attendance is confirmed against the site, priority and required trade.

Can you support care, education and occupied housing?+

Yes. We plan access and delivery around residents, students, staff, safeguarding requirements, site procedures and the continuity of heating, hot water and other essential services.

What can you provide for supplier onboarding?+

Download our concise contractor pack for company details, accreditation references, insurance limits, policy summaries and experience. Current certificates, signed policies, RAMS and competency evidence are supplied when relevant to the instruction.

Do we need to award a maintenance contract first?+

No. The easiest starting point is one reactive repair, inspection or small works package. It gives both teams a practical way to test communication, cost control and reporting.
